Hello!

Spring weather is in the air this week in South Carolina! I can’t believe it’s been in the 70’s this week. Luna, my dog, and I have been going on walks and enjoying the weather as much as we can before it goes back down to the 50’s. I am so greatful to be in South Carolina this winter instead of up north where they’ve been having a polar vortex!

I wanted to share how I would wear sweaters in the spring time. I know so many people have sweaters from the winter and here is how you can style those sweaters for the inbetween temperatures. Spring weather can be so unpredictable so a sweater and shorts is an amazing option.

I know not everyone has warm weather right now so don’t worry! I have some styling optinos for you too. I’m sharing an Old Navy sweater haul and how to transition those sweaters into the spring time. There are two ways to wear every sweater. One way is for warm weather and one for cold weather. I hope this gives you some inspiration!

This first outfit is one of my favorites by far! I love the pop of red for February because of Valentines day, but it is also such a vibrant color so it is beautiful for the spring time. Add some leopard print and you have an adorable outfit. Accessories are the key to playing up an outfit in my opinion so big sunglasses and a purse are a must!

Sizing info:

Sweater: Size M

Jeans: Size 2 – Size down a lot. They’re very stretchy! Usually size 6

Shorts: Size 4 – Size down one

Booties: Size 9

Flats: 8 1/2 – Size down a half size

The second outfit would be perfect for running errands! The only difference is the warmth of the accessories. For colder months I would wear a beanie, a scarf, and boots. In the warmer months I would just wear a baseball hat and tennis shoes. I like to keep it simple and this sweatshirt is perfect with leggings!

Sizing info:

Sweatshirt: Size M

Leggings: Size M

Boots: Size 9

Tennis Shoes: Size 9

The third sweater is so perfect for Valentines Day or the spring time because of the vibrant color! It would look stunning with a tan and I love pairing it with cognac colored sandals and a bag for the spring time. It is also a great layering piece with the button down over top.

Sizing info:

Sweater: Size L – Size up 1 or 2 for oversized fit

Button Down: Size M

Leggings: Size S – Size down 1 or 2. They’re very stretchy. I could have done an XS

Shorts: Size 4

Booties: Size 9

Flats: Size 9

The last sweater is definitely one of my favorites. I have it front tucked and tied so you can’t see but it’s actually tunic length so it would be perfect with leggings too! I love the navy blue and white for transitioning into spring because it looks stunning with light denim. I have it paired with distressed light denim shorts and these peep toed booties for the spring. It would also look so cute with really distressed boyfriend jeans!
